Double Jacketed Gaskets are meticulously designed to be completely enclosed by a two-piece metal jacket, covering the outer diameter, inner diameter, and both sealing surfaces. They are extensively utilized in heat exchanger applications and are adept at handling corrosive and high-temperature environments.
Internal ribs or pass partition bars can be seamlessly integrated or expertly welded, ensuring that the primary seal remains intact and secure, regardless of the gasket type.

Designed for both simple and complex shapes, our gaskets serve diverse applications from pipeline flanges to sealing surfaces of internal combustion machines. For intricate shapes, they are indispensable in the flange covers of heat exchangers. The gaskets generally span 10-25 MM in width and 2MM-8MM in thickness, capable of withstanding a maximum working pressure of 6-10Mpa.
Jackets crafted from premium materials such as Soft Iron, Low Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Nickel, Copper, Aluminium, Brass, Titanium, Monel, and more.
Filler options include high-performance materials such as Expanded Graphite, Ceramic, PTFE, etc.
The precision-crafted gasket thickness is maintained with a tolerance of (+0.03 inch, -0.000 inch) (+0.8mm, -0.0mm)
(1). For gaskets ranging from NPS 1/2 through NPS 24, the outside and inside diameter tolerances are meticulously controlled at +0.06 inch, -0.0 inch (+1.5mm, -0.0mm);
(2). Note: There are no Class 400 flanges available for NPS 1/2 through NPS 3 (Class 600 is recommended);
(3). For NPS 1/2 through NPS 2-1/2, Class 600 flanges are unavailable (opt for Class 1500);
(4). Class 2500 flanges are not applicable for NPS 14 and larger.
