Single jacketed gaskets, with their unique design, boast a fully enveloped surface by a metal jacket, covering both the OD and ID. They are a perfect fit for narrow flange widths in low-pressure valve and pump applications, offering reliability and enduring performance.
Ingeniously engineered, double jacketed gaskets feature a dual-piece metal jacket that completely encloses the OD, ID, and both sealing surfaces. Primarily utilized in heat exchanger applications, they are adept at thriving in corrosive and high-temperature environments.
Internal ribs or pass partition bars can be seamlessly integrated or expertly welded into the design, ensuring that the primary seal remains uncompromised under all configurations, delivering unparalleled sealing performance.

Our gaskets with straightforward designs are ideally suited for pipeline flanges and sealing surfaces of internal-combustion machines. Meanwhile, those with intricate shapes are specially tailored to excel in the flange covers of heat exchangers and comparable applications. Typically ranging from 10-25 MM in width and 2MM-8MM in thickness, these general gaskets can withstand maximum working pressures of 6-10Mpa, proving to be versatile and dependable.
Our jackets are crafted from an elite selection of high-grade materials including soft iron, low carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel, copper, aluminium, brass, titanium, monel, among others, ensuring durability and reliability.
Filler options are plentiful, including expanded graphite, ceramic, PTFE, and other resilient materials, tailoring to a wide spectrum of industrial applications.
The gasket thickness tolerance is meticulously set at (+0.03 inch., -0.000 inch) (+0.8mm, -0.0mm), maintaining exacting standards for superior performance.
(1). For gaskets ranging from NPS 1/2 to NPS 24, outside and inside diameter tolerances are precisely controlled at +0.06 inch, -0.0 inch (+1.5mm, -0.0mm), ensuring consistent quality.
(2). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 3, Class 400 flanges are unavailable, necessitating the switch to Class 600 for superior compatibility.
(3). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 2-1/2, the absence of Class 600 flanges requires the use of Class 1500, ensuring optimal performance.
(4). For NPS sizes 14 and larger, Class 2500 is not available, emphasizing the need for alternative solutions for accommodating these sizes.
