DOUBLE JACKETED GASKET
Our exquisitely crafted metal jacketed gaskets are engineered to perfection with an indomitable thin metallic outer shell that encases a resilient filler material. This innovative design ensures unparalleled protection for the filler, offering outstanding resistance to pressure, temperature, and corrosive environments. Each gasket is meticulously handmade, available in a diverse array of shapes and sizes, with a premium selection of metals and fillers. Configurable internal ribs provide additional versatility, enhancing their application range. These gaskets are indispensable in heat exchanger applications, though they require precision flange surfaces and high bolt loads to achieve an optimal, secure seal.
Single jacketed gaskets are designed with precision, featuring one surface entirely enveloped by a metal jacket that covers both the outer and inner diameters. They are ideal for narrow flange widths, specifically in low-pressure valve and pump applications, where reliability and efficiency are paramount.
Double jacketed gaskets are ingeniously designed with an innovative two-piece metal jacket that fully encapsulates the outer and inner diameters, as well as both sealing surfaces. They are predominantly utilized in demanding heat exchanger applications, adept at handling corrosive and high-temperature environments with exceptional efficacy.
Internal ribs, or pass partition bars, can be seamlessly integrated or expertly welded, ensuring the primary seal remains uncompromised in both configurations, providing robust and reliable performance in demanding conditions.

Gaskets with streamlined designs are perfect for pipeline flanges and sealing surfaces of internal-combustion machines, ensuring efficiency and precision. Those with intricate shapes excel in the flange covers of heat exchangers and similar applications, demonstrating versatility. Typically, general gaskets span 10-25 MM in width and 2MM-8MM in thickness, capable of withstanding maximum working pressures of 6-10Mpa, making them versatile and highly reliable.
Jackets are crafted from a luxurious selection of high-quality materials including soft iron, low carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel, copper, aluminium, brass, titanium, monel, and more, ensuring durability and strength.
The filler options include expanded graphite, ceramic, PTFE, and other resilient materials, offering exceptional flexibility and reliability.
The gasket thickness tolerance is precisely set at (+0.03 inch., -0.000 inch) (+0.8mm, -0.0mm), ensuring the highest standards of precision and quality.
(1). For gaskets ranging from NPS 1/2 to NPS 24, the outside and inside diameter tolerances are meticulously controlled at +0.06 inch, -0.0 inch (+1.5mm, -0.0mm), ensuring flawless performance.
(2). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 3, Class 400 flanges are unavailable, necessitating the use of Class 600 instead, maintaining consistency and reliability.
(3). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 2-1/2, Class 600 flanges do not exist, requiring the use of Class 1500, ensuring superior performance under higher pressures.
(4). Class 2500 is unavailable for NPS sizes 14 and larger, ensuring the integrity and reliability of the system.
