Double jacketed gaskets represent a pinnacle of design, with a two-piece metal jacket that completely covers the outside diameter, inside diameter, and both sealing surfaces. Primarily used in heat exchanger applications, they excel in environments characterized by corrosive and high temperature conditions.

Gaskets with simple designs are ideal for pipeline flanges and internal-combustion machine sealing surfaces. Generally, these versatile gaskets range from 10-25 MM in width and 2MM-8MM in thickness, capable of withstanding maximum working pressures of 6-10Mpa, ensuring dependability and versatility.
Our jackets are crafted from premium materials such as soft iron, low carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel, copper, aluminium, brass, titanium, monel, and more, ensuring high-quality performance.
The filler materials include expanded graphite, ceramic, PTFE, and other resilient options, providing robust and reliable sealing solutions.
The gasket thickness tolerance is set with precision at (+0.03 inch., -0.000 inch) (+0.8mm, -0.0mm), meeting the highest standards.
(1). For gaskets measuring NPS 1/2 to NPS 24, the outside and inside diameter tolerances are stringently controlled at +0.06 inch, -0.0 inch (+1.5mm, -0.0mm);
(2). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 3, Class 400 flanges are not available, necessitating the use of Class 600;
(3). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 2-1/2, as Class 600 flanges are unavailable, Class 1500 is the required alternative;
(4). Class 2500 is not available for NPS sizes 14 and larger.
