Single jacketed gaskets showcase a single surface, entirely enveloped by a metal jacket covering both the OD and ID. They are exemplary for narrow flange widths in low-pressure valve and pump applications.
Double jacketed gaskets are ingeniously crafted with a two-piece metal jacket fully encapsulating the OD, ID, and both sealing surfaces. They are predominantly utilized in heat exchanger applications and excel in handling corrosive and high-temperature environments.
Internal ribs, or pass partition bars, can be seamlessly integrated or expertly welded, ensuring the primary seal remains uncompromised in all configurations.

Gaskets with straightforward designs are ideal for pipeline flanges and sealing surfaces of internal-combustion machines. Intricately shaped gaskets excel in flange covers of heat exchangers and similar applications. Typically, general gaskets span 10-25 MM in width and 2MM-8MM in thickness, and can withstand maximum working pressures of 6-10 Mpa, making them both versatile and reliable.
Jackets are crafted from a selection of superior materials including soft iron, low carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel, copper, aluminium, brass, titanium, monel, and more, ensuring unrivaled quality.
The filler options include expanded graphite, ceramic, PTFE, and other resilient materials for enhanced performance.
The gasket thickness tolerance is precisely set at (+0.03 inch, -0.000 inch) (+0.8mm, -0.0mm), ensuring exacting standards and precision.
(1). For gaskets ranging from NPS 1/2 to NPS 24, the outside and inside diameter tolerances are meticulously controlled at +0.06 inch, -0.0 inch (+1.5mm, -0.0mm); ensuring consistency and precision.
(2). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 3, Class 400 flanges are unavailable, necessitating the use of Class 600 for optimal performance;
(3). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 2-1/2, Class 600 flanges do not exist, necessitating the use of Class 1500 for enhanced efficiency;
(4). Class 2500 is unavailable for NPS sizes 14 and larger, requiring alternative specifications to meet demanding applications.
