DOUBLE JACKETED GASKET

Single jacketed gaskets boast a single surface, with both the outer diameter (OD) and inner diameter (ID) enveloped by a metal jacket. These gaskets are perfectly suited for applications with narrow flange widths in low-pressure valve and pump settings.
Our double jacketed gaskets are ingeniously designed for complete enclosure by a robust two-piece metal jacket that covers the OD, ID, and both sealing surfaces. Highly favored in heat exchanger applications, these gaskets are ideal for corrosive environments and high-temperature services.

Gaskets with simplistic forms are adeptly applied in pipeline flange and sealing surfaces of internal-combustion machines. Those with intricate designs are utilized in the flange covers of heat exchangers, among others. Typically, these superb gaskets range from 10-25 MM in width and 2MM-8MM in thickness, performing excellently under maximum work pressures between 6-10Mpa.

(1). For gaskets NPS 1/2 through NPS 24, the tolerance for the outside and inside diameters is +0.06 inch, -0.0 inch (+1.5mm, -0.0mm);
(2). No Class 400 flanges for NPS 1/2 through NPS 3 (Opt for Class 600);
(3). Absence of Class 600 flanges for NPS 1/2 through NPS 2-1/2 (Opt for Class 1500);
