Configurable internal ribs add further adaptability. These gaskets are essential for heat exchanger applications, requiring precision flange surfaces and significant bolt loads for an optimal seal.
Our single jacketed gaskets, elegantly designed with one surface, are entirely enveloped by a metal jacket covering both the outer and inner diameters. They are perfectly suited for narrow flange widths in low-pressure valve and pump applications.
Ingeniously crafted, double jacketed gaskets feature a two-piece metal jacket that completely encapsulates the outer diameter, inner diameter, and both sealing surfaces. They are predominantly used in heat exchanger applications, adept at handling corrosive environments and high-temperature conditions.
Internal ribs, also known as pass partition bars, are seamlessly integrated or expertly welded to ensure the primary seal remains uncompromised, delivering reliability and performance in every configuration.

Our gaskets with straightforward designs are ideally suited for pipeline flanges and sealing surfaces of internal-combustion engines. For more complex needs, gaskets with intricate shapes excel in the flange covers of heat exchangers and similar applications. Generally, these versatile gaskets range from 10-25 MM in width and 2MM-8MM in thickness, confidently handling maximum working pressures of 6-10Mpa.
Our jackets are crafted from a premium selection of materials, including soft iron, low carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel, copper, aluminum, brass, titanium, monel, and more.
Choose from top-tier filler options such as expanded graphite, ceramic, PTFE, and other resilient materials, each designed to meet specific application needs.
We adhere to strict tolerances, with gasket thickness precisely set at (+0.03 inch, -0.000 inch) (+0.8mm, -0.0mm), ensuring exacting standards that you can rely on.
(1). For gaskets ranging from NPS 1/2 to NPS 24, we meticulously control the outside and inside diameter tolerances at +0.06 inch, -0.0 inch (+1.5mm, -0.0mm);
(2). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 3, Class 400 flanges are unavailable, necessitating the use of Class 600 instead;
(3). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 2-1/2, Class 600 flanges are not available, prompting the use of Class 1500;
(4). Class 2500 flanges are unavailable for NPS sizes 14 and larger.
