DOUBLE JACKETED GASKET

Single jacketed gaskets are designed with one surface and both outer diameter (OD) and inner diameter (ID) encased by a metallic jacket. They are perfectly suited for narrow flange widths in low-pressure valve or pump applications, offering reliable sealing performance.
Double jacketed gaskets offer complete enclosure with a dual-layer metal jacket, covering the OD, ID, and both sealing surfaces. They are extensively utilized in heat exchanger applications and are ideal for corrosive environments and high-temperature services, ensuring exceptional sealing integrity.
Our internal ribs, also known as pass partition bars, can be either integral or welded. In both configurations, they ensure the primary seal is effectively maintained, providing robust and secure sealing solutions.

Gaskets with simpler shapes are ideal for pipeline flanges and the sealing surfaces of internal combustion machines, whereas those with intricate shapes excel in the flange covers of heat exchangers, among others. Typically, these gaskets range from 10-25 MM in width and 2MM-8MM in thickness, capable of withstanding a maximum working pressure of 6-10Mpa.
Jackets: Available in soft iron, low carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel, copper, aluminum, brass, titanium, monel, and more, ensuring compatibility with diverse applications.
Filler: Options include expanded graphite, ceramic, PTFE, among others, tailored to meet specific application requirements.
The gasket thickness is precisely controlled with a tolerance of (+0.03 inch, -0.000 inch) (+0.8mm, -0.0mm), ensuring perfect fit and sealing efficiency.
(1). For gaskets ranging from NPS 1/2 through NPS 24, the outside and inside diameter tolerances are finely regulated at +0.06 inch, -0.0 inch (+1.5mm, -0.0mm);
(2). Note that there are no Class 400 flanges for NPS 1/2 through NPS 3; instead, use Class 600 for these specifications.
(3). For NPS 1/2 through NPS 2-1/2, there are no Class 600 flanges available; utilize Class 1500 for optimal performance.
(4). For NPS 14 and larger, Class 2500 is not available, highlighting the tailored usage requirements.
