Single jacketed gaskets are ingeniously designed with one surface entirely encased by a metallic jacket, covering both the outer and inner diameters. These gaskets are ideally suited for narrow flange widths, perfect for low-pressure valve and pump applications.
Double jacketed gaskets showcase a sophisticated two-piece metal jacket that fully envelopes the outer diameter, inner diameter, and both sealing surfaces. Predominantly used in heat exchanger systems, these gaskets excel in managing corrosive and high-temperature environments with unparalleled adeptness.
Internal ribs, known as pass partition bars, can be seamlessly integrated or expertly welded to ensure the primary seal remains uncompromised and robust in any configuration.

Our gaskets, whether with straightforward or complex designs, are ideal for pipeline flanges and the sealing surfaces of internal-combustion engines. Intricate shapes particularly excel in flange covers for heat exchangers and similar applications. Typically, general gaskets span a width of 10-25 MM and a thickness of 2-8 MM, capable of withstanding maximum pressures of 6-10 Mpa, ensuring they are both versatile and highly dependable.
Our jackets are impressively crafted from an array of premium materials, including soft iron, low carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel, copper, aluminum, brass, titanium, monel, and more, each chosen for its superior durability and performance.
Our filler options boast a selection of high-performance materials such as expanded graphite, ceramic, and PTFE, ensuring resilience and reliability.
The gasket thickness tolerance is precisely engineered to meet the stringent standard of (+0.03 inch, -0.000 inch) (+0.8mm, -0.0mm), ensuring superior quality and consistency.
(1). For gaskets ranging from NPS 1/2 to NPS 24, our outside and inside diameter tolerances are meticulously managed at +0.06 inch, -0.0 inch (+1.5mm, -0.0mm), guaranteeing exact precision.
(2). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 3, where Class 400 flanges are unavailable, the use of Class 600 is recommended to meet application requirements.
(3). For NPS sizes spanning 1/2 through 2-1/2, with Class 600 flanges non-existent, Class 1500 is the preferred alternative to ensure compatibility.
(4). Class 2500 is not an option for NPS sizes 14 and larger, necessitating alternative solutions tailored to specific needs.
