DOUBLE JACKETED GASKET
Introducing our masterfully engineered metal jacketed gaskets, featuring a strong yet thin metallic outer shell that protects a high-quality filler. This brilliant construction offers outstanding resistance to pressure, extreme temperatures, and corrosion. Each gasket is a handcrafted masterpiece, available in a wide variety of shapes and sizes, crafted from select metals and fillers. The inclusion of configurable internal ribs enhances versatility, making these gaskets essential for heat exchanger applications, requiring precision flange surfaces and high bolt loads for an optimal seal.
Single jacketed gaskets, characterized by a one-sided surface entirely enveloped by a durable metal jacket, effectively cover both the OD and ID. These gaskets are perfect for narrow flange widths, specifically designed for low-pressure valve and pump applications.
Cleverly designed, double jacketed gaskets feature a two-piece metal jacket that fully encloses the OD, ID, and both sealing surfaces. These gaskets are primarily employed in demanding heat exchanger applications, adeptly managing corrosive substances and high-temperature environments.
Internal ribs, also known as pass partition bars, can be seamlessly integrated or expertly welded, ensuring that the primary seal remains uncompromised in any configuration.

Simple gasket designs are ideal for pipeline flanges and the sealing surfaces of internal combustion machines. More complex shapes excel in covering the flanges of heat exchangers and similar applications. Generally, these versatile and reliable gaskets are 10-25 MM wide and 2MM-8MM thick, capable of withstanding maximum working pressures of 6-10Mpa.
Our jackets are crafted from an array of premium materials, including soft iron, low carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel, copper, aluminum, brass, titanium, monel, and more. This selection ensures durability and performance.
Available filler choices include expanded graphite, ceramic, PTFE, and other resilient materials, each providing exceptional sealing capabilities.
The gasket thickness tolerance is precisely controlled at (+0.03 inch, -0.000 inch) (+0.8mm, -0.0mm), ensuring adherence to exacting standards.
(1). For gaskets from NPS 1/2 to NPS 24, outside and inside diameter tolerances are meticulously regulated at +0.06 inch, -0.0 inch (+1.5mm, -0.0mm);
(2). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 3, Class 400 flanges are unavailable, so Class 600 is recommended;
(3). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 2-1/2, Class 600 flanges do not exist, requiring Class 1500;
(4). Class 2500 is unavailable for NPS sizes 14 and larger, underscoring the need for alternative class specifications.
