DOUBLE JACKETED GASKET
Our exquisitely manufactured metal jacketed gaskets are crafted to perfection, featuring a robust, thin metallic outer shell that securely houses a resilient filler material. Essential for heat exchanger applications, these gaskets do require precision flange surfaces and high bolt loads to ensure an optimal seal.
Single jacketed gaskets are uniquely designed with one surface completely enveloped by a protective metal jacket, covering both the OD and ID. They are particularly suited for narrow flange widths in low-pressure valve and pump applications, providing a secure and reliable seal.
Double jacketed gaskets feature an ingeniously crafted two-piece metal jacket that fully encapsulates the OD, ID, and both sealing surfaces. Perfectly suited for heat exchanger applications, they excel in handling corrosive and high temperature environments with unparalleled efficiency.
Internal ribs, or pass partition bars, can be seamlessly integrated or expertly welded, ensuring the primary seal remains uncompromised in both configurations, offering superior integrity and reliability.

Gaskets with straightforward designs are ideal for pipeline flanges and sealing surfaces of internal combustion machines. Those with intricate shapes excel in flange covers for heat exchangers and similar applications. Typically, general gaskets range from 10-25 MM in width and 2MM-8MM in thickness, capable of withstanding maximum working pressures of 6-10Mpa, proving versatility and reliability.
Jackets are crafted from a selection of high-grade materials including soft iron, low carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel, copper, aluminum, brass, titanium, monel, and more, ensuring durability and exceptional performance.
The filler options include expanded graphite, ceramic, PTFE, and other resilient materials, providing flexibility and reliability in a variety of applications.
The gasket thickness tolerance is precisely set at (+0.03 inch., -0.000 inch) (+0.8mm, -0.0mm), ensuring adherence to exacting standards and unmatched precision.
(1). For gaskets ranging from NPS 1/2 to NPS 24, the outside and inside diameter tolerances are meticulously controlled at +0.06 inch, -0.0 inch (+1.5mm, -0.0mm); ensuring precision and reliability.
(2). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 3, Class 400 flanges are unavailable, necessitating the use of Class 600 instead; offering a higher-class option.
(3). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 2-1/2, Class 600 flanges do not exist, necessitating the use of Class 1500; providing a robust and high-performance alternative.
(4). Class 2500 is unavailable for NPS sizes 14 and larger, highlighting the need for other class options.
