Jackets are meticulously crafted from an exquisite selection of high-quality materials, including soft iron, low carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel, copper, aluminium, brass, titanium, monel, and more, ensuring exceptional durability and performance.
The filler options include premium expanded graphite, ceramic, PTFE, and other highly resilient materials, providing exceptional sealing capabilities for any application.
The gasket thickness tolerance is precisely set at (+0.03 inch., -0.000 inch) (+0.8mm, -0.0mm), ensuring adherence to the highest standards of precision.
(1). For gaskets ranging from NPS 1/2 to NPS 24, the outside and inside diameter tolerances are meticulously controlled at +0.06 inch, -0.0 inch (+1.5mm, -0.0mm), ensuring exact fits.
(2). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 3, Class 400 flanges are unavailable; therefore, the use of Class 600 is required.
(3). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 2-1/2, Class 600 flanges do not exist, necessitating the use of Class 1500 to maintain compliance.
(4). Class 2500 is unavailable for NPS sizes 14 and larger, requiring alternative class options.
