Our Virgin Grade PTFE is a pristine material, sourced directly from the resin producer and untouched by previous processing. This guarantees the highest levels of physical and electrical insulation properties, as well as enhanced resistance to compression creep under load. Its characteristic white color distinguishes it from mechanical grade PTFE, signifying its superior quality and purity.
Constructed from a synthetic fluoropolymer of tetrafluoroethylene, our PTFE gaskets consist solely of carbon and fluorine, ensuring maximum performance. These gaskets are inherently hydrophobic, effortlessly repelling water and water-based substances, and feature one of the lowest friction coefficients among solids.
