Our single jacketed gaskets boast a single sealing surface, entirely covered by a metal jacket that envelopes both the OD and ID. Perfectly suited for narrow flange widths in low-pressure valve and pump applications, these gaskets deliver reliable performance.
Ingeniously crafted, our double jacketed gaskets feature a two-piece metal jacket that fully encapsulates the OD, ID, and both sealing surfaces. Ideal for heat exchanger applications, they excel in handling corrosive and high-temperature environments with ease.

Gaskets with straightforward designs are perfectly suited for pipeline flanges and sealing surfaces of internal-combustion machines. Those with intricate shapes shine in flange covers of heat exchangers and similar demanding applications. Generally, these versatile gaskets measure 10-25 MM in width and 2MM-8MM in thickness, capable of withstanding maximum working pressures of 6-10Mpa for reliable performance across various scenarios.
Our jackets are crafted from a selection of superior-quality materials including soft iron, low carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel, copper, aluminium, brass, titanium, monel, and more, offering durability and strength.
Choose from our range of filler options including expanded graphite, ceramic, PTFE, and other resilient materials, designed to withstand challenging conditions.
Our gaskets boast a precise thickness tolerance set at (+0.03 inch., -0.000 inch) (+0.8mm, -0.0mm), upholding exacting standards for quality and performance.
(1). For gaskets from NPS 1/2 to NPS 24, the outside and inside diameter tolerances are meticulously maintained at +0.06 inch, -0.0 inch (+1.5mm, -0.0mm).
(2). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 3, Class 400 flanges are not available, necessitating the use of Class 600 instead.
(3). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 2-1/2, Class 600 flanges are unavailable, requiring the use of Class 1500.
(4). Note that Class 2500 is not available for NPS sizes 14 and larger.
