DOUBLE JACKETED GASKET
Our meticulously engineered metal jacketed gaskets boast a sophisticated thin metallic outer shell that envelops a robust filler material. Each gasket is crafted with precision, available in an extensive range of shapes and sizes, utilizing the finest metals and fillers. The inclusion of configurable internal ribs enhances versatility, making these gaskets indispensable for heat exchanger applications. To achieve an optimal seal, precision flange surfaces and high bolt loads are recommended.
Single jacketed gaskets feature a single surface, entirely wrapped by a metal jacket that covers both the outer diameter (OD) and inner diameter (ID). They are ideally suited for narrow flange widths in low-pressure valve and pump applications.
Double jacketed gaskets are expertly engineered with a dual-piece metal jacket, fully encapsulating the OD, ID, and both sealing surfaces. They excel in heat exchanger applications, demonstrating superior performance in corrosive and high-temperature environments.
Internal ribs, also known as pass partition bars, can be seamlessly integrated or expertly welded, ensuring that the primary seal remains intact in all configurations.

Gaskets with straightforward designs are superb for pipeline flanges and the sealing surfaces of internal-combustion machines. Intricately shaped gaskets excel in the flange covers of heat exchangers and similar applications. Typically, standard gaskets span 10-25 MM in width and 2MM-8MM in thickness, capable of withstanding maximum working pressures of 6-10Mpa, ensuring versatile and reliable performance.
Our jackets are crafted from an exceptional selection of high-quality materials, including soft iron, low carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel, copper, aluminium, brass, titanium, monel, and more.
The filler options are equally impressive, featuring expanded graphite, ceramic, PTFE, and other resilient materials.
The gasket thickness tolerance is precisely calibrated at (+0.03 inch., -0.000 inch) (+0.8mm, -0.0mm), guaranteeing exacting standards.
(1). For gaskets ranging from NPS 1/2 to NPS 24, the outside and inside diameter tolerances are meticulously maintained at +0.06 inch, -0.0 inch (+1.5mm, -0.0mm).
(2). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 3, Class 400 flanges are unavailable; therefore, Class 600 must be utilized.
(3). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 2-1/2, Class 600 flanges do not exist, requiring the use of Class 1500 instead.
(4). Class 2500 is unavailable for NPS sizes 14 and larger.
