Configurable internal ribs add further adaptability and versatility. These indispensable gaskets are the gold standard for heat exchanger applications, though they command precision flange surfaces and high bolt loads to achieve an impeccable seal.
Single jacketed gaskets, elegantly designed, feature one surface and are entirely enveloped by a metal jacket that covers both the OD and ID. They are perfectly suited for narrow flange widths in low-pressure valve and pump applications.
Double jacketed gaskets boast an ingeniously engineered two-piece metal jacket that fully encapsulates the OD, ID, and both sealing surfaces. These gaskets are predominantly employed in heat exchanger applications, demonstrating exceptional capability in handling corrosive and high-temperature environments.
Internal ribs, also known as pass partition bars, can be seamlessly integrated or expertly welded, ensuring that the primary seal remains uncompromised in both configurations.

Gaskets with minimalist designs are ideal for pipeline flanges and sealing surfaces of internal-combustion machines. Generally, these versatile gaskets span a width of 10-25 MM and a thickness of 2MM-8MM, withstanding maximum working pressures of 6-10Mpa, making them both reliable and adaptable.
Jackets are crafted from a selection of high-quality materials including soft iron, low carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel, copper, aluminium, brass, titanium, monel, and more, offering unparalleled durability and performance.
The filler options include versatile materials such as expanded graphite, ceramic, PTFE, and other resilient compounds, each providing unique benefits.
The gasket thickness tolerance is precisely set at (+0.03 inch., -0.000 inch) (+0.8mm, -0.0mm), ensuring adherence to exacting standards and unparalleled precision.
(1). For gaskets ranging from NPS 1/2 to NPS 24, the outside and inside diameter tolerances are meticulously controlled at +0.06 inch, -0.0 inch (+1.5mm, -0.0mm);
(2). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 3, Class 400 flanges are unavailable, necessitating the use of Class 600 instead;
(3). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 2-1/2, Class 600 flanges do not exist, necessitating the use of Class 1500;
(4). Class 2500 is unavailable for NPS sizes 14 and larger.
