DOUBLE JACKETED GASKET

Configurable internal ribs enhance versatility. These gaskets are indispensable for heat exchanger applications, requiring precision flange surfaces and high bolt loads to achieve the ideal seal.
Single jacketed gaskets feature one surface completely enclosed by a metal jacket covering both the outer diameter (OD) and inner diameter (ID). They are perfectly suited for narrow flange widths in low-pressure valves and pump applications.
Double jacketed gaskets boast an ingenious two-piece metal jacket design that fully encapsulates the outer diameter (OD), inner diameter (ID), and both sealing surfaces. They are predominantly utilized in heat exchanger applications and are expertly capable of managing corrosive and high-temperature environments.
Internal ribs or pass partition bars can be seamlessly integrated or expertly welded, ensuring the primary seal remains uncompromised, regardless of the configuration.

Gaskets with straightforward designs are ideal for pipeline flanges and sealing surfaces of internal combustion engines. Those with intricate shapes excel in flange covers of heat exchangers and similar applications. Generally, standard gaskets have a width of 10-25 MM and a thickness of 2MM-8MM, capable of withstanding maximum working pressures of 6-10Mpa, making them extraordinarily versatile and reliable.
Jackets are expertly crafted from high-quality materials including soft iron, low carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel, copper, aluminum, brass, titanium, monel, and more.
The filler options include expanded graphite, ceramic, PTFE, and other resilient materials, each ensuring long-lasting and reliable performance.
The gasket thickness tolerance is precisely set at (+0.03 inch., -0.000 inch) (+0.8mm, -0.0mm), ensuring adherence to exacting standards.
(1). For gaskets ranging from NPS 1/2 to NPS 24, the outside and inside diameter tolerances are meticulously controlled at +0.06 inch, -0.0 inch (+1.5mm, -0.0mm);
(2). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 3, Class 400 flanges are unavailable, necessitating the use of Class 600 instead;
(3). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 2-1/2, Class 600 flanges do not exist, requiring the use of Class 1500;
(4). Class 2500 is unavailable for NPS sizes 14 and larger.
