Single jacketed gaskets are designed with precision, with one surface fully covered by a metal jacket that wraps both the OD and ID. Ideal for applications with narrow flange widths, they excel in low pressure valve and pump environments.
Double jacketed gaskets boast an ingenious two-piece metal jacket that entirely encapsulates the OD, ID, and both sealing surfaces. Predominantly used in heat exchanger environments, they are proficient at managing corrosive and high temperature conditions.
For enhanced performance, internal ribs or pass partition bars can be seamlessly integrated or skillfully welded, ensuring the primary seal's integrity in both configurations.

Simple gasket designs are ideal for pipeline flanges and the sealing surfaces of internal-combustion engines. For more complex applications, such as flange covers of heat exchangers, intricately shaped gaskets perform exceptionally well. Generally, these versatile gaskets span widths of 10-25 MM and thicknesses of 2MM-8MM, with the ability to withstand maximum working pressures of 6-10Mpa, ensuring reliability and adaptability.
Our jackets are expertly crafted from a premium selection of materials such as soft iron, low carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel, copper, aluminium, brass, titanium, monel, among others, ensuring superior performance.
The fillers are available in a variety of resilient materials including expanded graphite, ceramic, PTFE, and more, catering to diverse application needs.
The gasket thickness is held to a precise tolerance of (+0.03 inch., -0.000 inch) (+0.8mm, -0.0mm), maintaining stringent quality standards.
(1). For gaskets ranging from NPS 1/2 to NPS 24, the outside and inside diameter tolerances are rigorously controlled at +0.06 inch, -0.0 inch (+1.5mm, -0.0mm);
(2). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 3, Class 400 flanges are not available, necessitating the need for Class 600 instead;
(3). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 2-1/2, the absence of Class 600 flanges requires the use of Class 1500;
(4). Class 2500 is unavailable for NPS sizes 14 and larger.
