DOUBLE JACKETED GASKET

Each gasket is handcrafted with precision, available in a vast selection of shapes and sizes, and made from a premium assortment of metals and fillers. Configurable internal ribs add further versatility, making these gaskets absolutely essential for heat exchanger applications, although they require precision flange surfaces and high bolt loads to achieve an optimal and reliable seal.
Single jacketed gaskets have one surface completely enveloped by a metal jacket covering both the outer and inner diameters, making them perfect for narrow flange widths in low pressure valve and pump applications.
Double jacketed gaskets feature an innovative two-piece metal jacket that fully encapsulates the outer diameter, inner diameter, and both sealing surfaces, predominantly used in heat exchanger applications. They excel in managing corrosive and high temperature environments with exceptional efficiency.
Internal ribs, also known as pass partition bars, can be seamlessly integrated or expertly welded, ensuring the primary seal's integrity in both configurations.

Gaskets with straightforward designs are ideal for pipeline flanges and sealing surfaces of internal-combustion machines, while those with intricate shapes excel in flange covers of heat exchangers and similar applications. Generally, these gaskets span widths of 10-25 MM and thicknesses of 2MM-8MM, withstanding maximum working pressures of 6-10Mpa, making them both versatile and dependably reliable.
Jackets are expertly crafted from a selection of superior materials including soft iron, low carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel, copper, aluminium, brass, titanium, monel, and more, ensuring premium quality.
Filler options include highly durable expanded graphite, ceramic, PTFE, and other resilient materials, providing a range of solutions for diverse applications.
The gasket thickness tolerance is precisely set at (+0.03 inch., -0.000 inch) (+0.8mm, -0.0mm), ensuring adherence to the most exacting standards.
(1). For gaskets ranging from NPS 1/2 to NPS 24, the outside and inside diameter tolerances are meticulously controlled at +0.06 inch, -0.0 inch (+1.5mm, -0.0mm);
(2). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 3, Class 400 flanges are unavailable, necessitating the use of Class 600 instead;
(3). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 2-1/2, Class 600 flanges do not exist, making the use of Class 1500 necessary;
(4). Class 2500 is unavailable for NPS sizes 14 and larger, requiring alternative solutions.
