Single jacketed gaskets, featuring a single surface completely enveloped by a metal jacket covering both the OD and ID, are ideal for narrow flange widths. They are perfectly suited for low pressure valve and pump applications, ensuring reliable performance.
Ingeniously designed, our double jacketed gaskets boast a two-piece metal jacket that fully encapsulates the OD, ID, and both sealing surfaces. Predominantly utilized in heat exchanger applications, these gaskets excel in managing corrosive and high temperature environments with ease and efficiency.
Internal ribs, or pass partition bars, are seamlessly integrated or expertly welded, ensuring that the primary seal remains uncompromised. This feature enhances both configurations, bolstering reliability and performance.

Gaskets with straightforward designs are ideal for pipeline flanges and sealing surfaces of internal-combustion machines. In contrast, those with intricate shapes are perfect for the flange covers of heat exchangers and similar applications. Typically, general gaskets span 10-25 MM in width and 2MM-8MM in thickness, capable of withstanding maximum working pressures of 6-10Mpa. This makes them both versatile and reliable for a range of applications.
Jackets are crafted from a diverse selection of high-quality materials, including soft iron, low carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel, copper, aluminium, brass, titanium, monel, and more, ensuring exceptional durability and performance.
The filler options include expanded graphite, ceramic, PTFE, and other resilient materials, offering a wide range of choices to meet your specific needs and applications.
The gasket thickness tolerance is precisely set at (+0.03 inch., -0.000 inch) (+0.8mm, -0.0mm), ensuring exacting standards and maintaining high quality.
(1). For gaskets ranging from NPS 1/2 to NPS 24, the outside and inside diameter tolerances are meticulously controlled at +0.06 inch, -0.0 inch (+1.5mm, -0.0mm); ensuring precise fitting.
(2). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 3, Class 400 flanges are unavailable, requiring the use of Class 600 instead, ensuring compatibility and performance;
(3). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 2-1/2, Class 600 flanges do not exist, necessitating the use of Class 1500; this offers increased durability.
(4). Class 2500 is unavailable for NPS sizes 14 and larger, offering an alternative for larger sizes.
