DOUBLE JACKETED GASKET
Our masterfully crafted metal jacketed gaskets are designed with a robust thin metallic outer shell that encases a durable filler material. This innovative design guarantees the highest level of protection for the filler, providing outstanding resistance to pressure, temperature, and corrosion. Each gasket is meticulously handmade, available in a wide variety of shapes and sizes, and crafted with a premium selection of metals and fillers. Configurable internal ribs add to their versatility. These gaskets are essential for heat exchanger applications, requiring precision flange surfaces and high bolt loads to achieve an optimal seal.
Single jacketed gaskets feature one surface and are entirely encapsulated by a metal jacket covering both the OD and ID. They are ideal for narrow flange widths in low pressure valve and pump applications.
Double jacketed gaskets are ingeniously crafted with a two-piece metal jacket that fully encloses the OD, ID, and both sealing surfaces. They are primarily used in heat exchanger applications and are adept at handling corrosive and high temperature environments.
Internal ribs, or pass partition bars, can be seamlessly integrated or skillfully welded, ensuring the primary seal remains uncompromised in both configurations.

Gaskets with straightforward designs are excellent for pipeline flanges and sealing surfaces of internal-combustion machines. Those with intricate shapes excel in the flange covers of heat exchangers and similar applications. Typically, general gaskets span 10-25 MM in width and 2MM-8MM in thickness, and can withstand maximum working pressures of 6-10Mpa, making them versatile and reliable.
Jackets are crafted from a selection of high-quality materials including soft iron, low carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel, copper, aluminum, brass, titanium, monel, and more.
The filler options include expanded graphite, ceramic, PTFE, and other resilient materials.
The gasket thickness tolerance is precisely set at (+0.03 inch, -0.000 inch) (+0.8mm, -0.0mm), upholding exacting standards.
(1). For gaskets ranging from NPS 1/2 to NPS 24, the outside and inside diameter tolerances are meticulously controlled at +0.06 inch, -0.0 inch (+1.5mm, -0.0mm);
(2). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 3, Class 400 flanges are unavailable, requiring the use of Class 600 instead;
(3). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 2-1/2, Class 600 flanges do not exist, necessitating the use of Class 1500;
(4). Class 2500 is unavailable for NPS sizes 14 and larger.
