Single jacketed gaskets feature a single surface that is entirely encased by a durable metal jacket, covering both outer and inner diameters. They are the ideal choice for narrow flange widths in low-pressure valve and pump applications, providing excellent performance.
Double jacketed gaskets boast a sophisticated two-piece metal jacket design that fully encloses the outer diameter, inner diameter, and both sealing surfaces. They are specifically engineered for heat exchanger applications, excelling in corrosive and high-temperature environments with unmatched reliability.
Internal ribs, or pass partition bars, can be seamlessly integrated or expertly welded, ensuring that the primary seal remains uncompromised and effective, regardless of configuration.

Gaskets with straightforward designs are perfectly suited for pipeline flanges and sealing surfaces of internal-combustion machines. Those with intricate shapes excel in flange covers of heat exchangers and similar applications. Typically, these versatile gaskets span 10-25 MM in width and 2MM-8MM in thickness, and withstand maximum working pressures of 6-10Mpa, ensuring dependable performance.
Jackets are crafted from a selection of superior materials including soft iron, low carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel, copper, aluminium, brass, titanium, monel, and more, guaranteeing durability and resilience.
The filler options include expanded graphite, ceramic, PTFE, and other highly resilient materials, offering versatile and robust solutions.
The gasket thickness tolerance is precisely calibrated at (+0.03 inch., -0.000 inch) (+0.8mm, -0.0mm), assuring exacting standards and precision.
(1). For gaskets ranging from NPS 1/2 to NPS 24, the outside and inside diameter tolerances are meticulously controlled at +0.06 inch, -0.0 inch (+1.5mm, -0.0mm); offering precise compatibility;
(2). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 3, Class 400 flanges are unavailable, necessitating the use of Class 600 instead, ensuring optimal performance;
(3). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 2-1/2, Class 600 flanges do not exist, necessitating the transition to Class 1500 for superior utility;
(4). Class 2500 is unavailable for NPS sizes 14 and larger, prompting the need for alternative configurations.
