DOUBLE JACKETED GASKET

Single jacketed gaskets are ingeniously designed with a single surface completely encased in a metal jacket, covering both the OD and ID. Perfectly suited for narrow flange widths in low pressure valve and pump applications, they provide efficiency and reliability.
Double jacketed gaskets, expertly crafted with a two-piece metal jacket, fully encapsulate the OD, ID, and both sealing surfaces. Predominantly used in heat exchanger applications, they excel in handling corrosive and high-temperature environments with ease.
Internal ribs, also known as pass partition bars, can be seamlessly integrated or expertly welded, ensuring the primary seal remains uncompromised across all configurations.

Gaskets with simple designs are perfectly suited for pipeline flanges and sealing surfaces of internal-combustion machines. Those with intricate shapes are ideal for flange covers of heat exchangers and similar applications. Typically, general gaskets range from 10-25 MM in width and 2MM-8MM in thickness, able to withstand maximum working pressures of 6-10Mpa, providing versatility and exceptional reliability.
Jackets are crafted from an array of high-quality materials, including soft iron, low carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel, copper, aluminium, brass, titanium, monel, and more, ensuring durability and high performance.
Our filler options include expanded graphite, ceramic, PTFE, and other resilient materials, chosen to provide optimal performance in a range of demanding applications.
The gasket thickness tolerance is precisely set at (+0.03 inch., -0.000 inch) (+0.8mm, -0.0mm), adhering to exacting standards for unmatched precision and quality.
(1). For gaskets ranging from NPS 1/2 to NPS 24, the outside and inside diameter tolerances are meticulously controlled at +0.06 inch, -0.0 inch (+1.5mm, -0.0mm), ensuring consistency and reliability.
(2). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 3, Class 400 flanges are unavailable, thus necessitating the use of Class 600 instead, providing a robust solution.
(3). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 2-1/2, Class 600 flanges are non-existent, making the use of Class 1500 necessary for optimal results.
(4). Class 2500 is not available for NPS sizes 14 and larger, requiring alternative solutions for superior performance.
