DOUBLE JACKETED GASKET
Our exquisitely crafted metal jacketed gaskets boast an ingeniously designed, robust metallic outer shell that lovingly encases a resilient filler material. This innovative construction ensures unparalleled protection for the filler, providing extraordinary resistance to pressure, temperature, and corrosion. Each gasket is lovingly handmade, available in a diverse array of shapes and sizes, with an exquisite selection of metals and fillers. Configurable internal ribs provide additional versatility. These gaskets are indispensable for heat exchanger applications, though they do require precision flange surfaces and high bolt loads to reach an optimal seal.
Single jacketed gaskets showcase a single surface and are entirely enveloped by a metal jacket, covering both the OD and ID. Perfectly suited for narrow flange widths in low-pressure valve and pump applications, they deliver exceptional performance.
Double jacketed gaskets are ingeniously crafted with a two-piece metal jacket that completely encapsulates the OD, ID, and both sealing surfaces. They shine in heat exchanger applications and excel at managing corrosive and high-temperature environments with grace.
Internal ribs, or pass partition bars, can be seamlessly integrated or expertly welded to ensure the primary seal remains uncompromised in both configurations, preserving the integrity of the system.

Gaskets with straightforward designs are perfectly suited for pipeline flanges and sealing surfaces of internal-combustion machines. Those with intricate shapes are exceptional for flange covers of heat exchangers and similar applications. Typically, general gaskets span 10-25 MM in width and 2MM-8MM in thickness, capable of withstanding maximum working pressures of 6-10Mpa, making them versatile and reliable for myriad uses.
Our jackets are meticulously crafted from a premium selection of high-quality materials including soft iron, low carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel, copper, aluminium, brass, titanium, monel, and more, ensuring durability and performance.
The filler options are diverse and include expanded graphite, ceramic, PTFE, and other resilient materials, tailored to meet varying demands.
The gasket thickness tolerance is precisely calibrated at (+0.03 inch., -0.000 inch) (+0.8mm, -0.0mm), ensuring exacting standards and impeccable quality control.
(1). For gaskets ranging from NPS 1/2 to NPS 24, the outside and inside diameter tolerances are meticulously managed at +0.06 inch, -0.0 inch (+1.5mm, -0.0mm), ensuring perfect fitment;
(2). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 3, Class 400 flanges are unavailable, necessitating the use of Class 600 instead, catering to specific requirements;
(3). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 2-1/2, Class 600 flanges do not exist, necessitating the use of Class 1500, providing a reliable alternative;
(4). Class 2500 is unavailable for NPS sizes 14 and larger, requiring bespoke solutions to meet the stringent demands.
