By filling the void between flanges, it effectively prevents flange erosion and significantly reduces the risk of failure. Crafted from the same alloy material as the winding, the inner ring is a testament to our commitment to durability and reliability. Adhering to German DIN 2699 standards, all our spiral wound gaskets come with inner rings, a requirement for PTFE fillers per ASME B16.20 standards, and highly recommended for graphite fillers.
