DOUBLE JACKETED GASKET
Our exquisitely crafted metal jacketed gaskets are the pinnacle of precision engineering, featuring a robust thin metallic outer shell that artfully encases a resilient filler material. This groundbreaking design not only ensures the utmost protection for the filler but also delivers unparalleled resistance to pressure, temperature, and corrosion. Each gasket is meticulously handmade and available in a captivating array of shapes and sizes, with a premium selection of metals and fillers to suit diverse needs. Configurable internal ribs add another layer of adaptability, making these gaskets indispensable for heat exchanger applications. However, achieving the optimal seal requires precision flange surfaces and high bolt loads.
Single jacketed gaskets, with their sleek design, feature a single surface completely enveloped by a metal jacket that covers both the OD and ID. They are the perfect choice for applications involving narrow flange widths in low-pressure valve and pump systems.
Double jacketed gaskets boast an ingenious two-piece metal jacket design that fully encapsulates the OD, ID, and both sealing surfaces. They are predominantly utilized in the demanding environments of heat exchanger applications, adeptly handling corrosive and high-temperature conditions with remarkable ease.
Internal ribs, or pass partition bars, can be seamlessly integrated or expertly welded, ensuring that the primary seal remains uncompromised in any configuration, offering exceptional performance and versatility.

Gaskets with straightforward designs are ideally suited for pipeline flanges and sealing surfaces of internal-combustion machines. Those featuring intricate shapes excel in flange covers of heat exchangers and similar applications. These versatile general gaskets typically span 10-25 MM in width and 2MM-8MM in thickness, and they can withstand impressive maximum working pressures of 6-10Mpa, ensuring reliability across a wide range of applications.
Jackets are meticulously crafted from a selection of high-quality materials, including soft iron, low carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel, copper, aluminium, brass, titanium, monel, and more, offering a wide range of options for diverse applications.
The filler options include robust materials such as expanded graphite, ceramic, PTFE, and other resilient choices, ensuring durability and effectiveness in various settings.
The gasket thickness tolerance is precisely set at (+0.03 inch., -0.000 inch) (+0.8mm, -0.0mm), ensuring adherence to the highest standards and precision in every piece.
(1). For gaskets ranging from NPS 1/2 to NPS 24, the outside and inside diameter tolerances are meticulously controlled at +0.06 inch, -0.0 inch (+1.5mm, -0.0mm), guaranteeing accuracy and consistency;
(2). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 3, Class 400 flanges are unavailable, necessitating the use of Class 600 instead, ensuring compatibility and performance;
(3). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 2-1/2, Class 600 flanges do not exist, requiring the use of Class 1500 to maintain integrity and function;
(4). Class 2500 is unavailable for NPS sizes 14 and larger, ensuring that users select the appropriate class for their specific needs.
