DOUBLE JACKETED GASKET
Metal jacketed gaskets are a marvel of engineering, featuring a delicate symphony of a thin metallic outer shell embracing a resilient filler material. The robust metal casing acts as a guardian, defending the resilient core against pressure, temperature fluctuations, and corrosion. Meticulously hand-crafted, these gaskets are available in an array of shapes and sizes, with a variety of metals and fillers to suit your specific needs. Intricate internal ribs can be designed in any configuration, offering versatility. Predominantly employed in heat exchanger applications, they demand impeccable flange surfaces and substantial bolt loads to ensure an impeccable seal.
Single jacketed gaskets are designed with the utmost precision, featuring one surface and both outer and inner diameters cloaked by a protective metal jacket. They are ideal for applications with narrow flange widths and low pressure, such as valves and pumps, offering a seamless and reliable sealing solution.
Double jacketed gaskets are an engineering masterpiece, fully encapsulated by a two-piece metal jacket that shields the outer diameter, inner diameter, and both sealing surfaces. They are the preferred choice for heat exchanger applications, and their robustness makes them highly suitable for corrosive environments and high-temperature operations.
Internal ribs, also known as pass partition bars, can be crafted integrally or welded, ensuring the preservation of the primary seal in both configurations. This flexibility guarantees a robust and reliable sealing performance.

> Heat exchangers
> Gas mains
> Boiler and fues
> Pumps.
> Valve bonnets
Gaskets designed for simple shapes are perfect for pipeline flanges and the sealing surfaces of internal-combustion machines. Those with more complex designs excel in the flanged covers of heat exchangers. Typically, these versatile gaskets measure 10-25 MM in width and 2MM-8MM in thickness, enduring work pressures up to 6-10Mpa.
Jackets: Offering a diverse selection, materials include Soft iron, low carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel, copper, aluminium, brass, titanium, monel, and more.
Filler: The filler materials are chosen for their superior performance, including Expanded graphite, ceramic, PTFE, and others.
The precision in gasket thickness is unparalleled, with a tolerance of (+0.03 inch, -0.000 inch) or (+0.8mm, -0.0mm), ensuring exactitude and reliability.
(1). For gaskets with NPS 1/2 through NPS 24, the outside and inside diameter tolerances are precisely maintained at +0.06 inch, -0.0 inch (+1.5mm, -0.0mm);
(2). Notably, there are no Class 400 flanges available for NPS 1/2 through NPS 3, thus, Class 600 is recommended;
(3). For NPS 1/2 through NPS 2-1/2, Class 600 flanges are not offered, suggesting the use of Class 1500 instead;
(4). It is important to note that there are no Class 2500 flanges for NPS 14 and larger sizes.
