Our gasket thickness tolerance is precisely maintained at (+0.03 inch., -0.000 inch) (+0.8mm, -0.0mm), ensuring exacting standards and superior quality.
(1). For gaskets from NPS 1/2 to NPS 24, the outside and inside diameter tolerances are meticulously controlled at +0.06 inch, -0.0 inch (+1.5mm, -0.0mm), ensuring precision.
(2). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 3, Class 400 flanges are not available, requiring the use of Class 600 to meet specifications.
(3). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 2-1/2, Class 600 flanges do not exist, necessitating the adoption of Class 1500 standards.
(4). Class 2500 is not available for NPS sizes 14 and larger, guiding your selection for optimal performance.
