DOUBLE JACKETED GASKET
Our exquisitely crafted metal jacketed gaskets boast an impressive design, featuring a sturdy metallic outer shell that enfolds a robust filler material. This state-of-the-art design ensures optimal protection for the filler, delivering remarkable resistance against pressure, temperature fluctuations, and corrosive environments. Each gasket is precisely handmade, available in an extensive variety of shapes and sizes, with an exclusive range of metals and fillers. Customizable internal ribs add further adaptability, making these gaskets essential for heat exchanger applications. However, they require precise flange surfaces and high bolt loads to ensure an optimal seal.
Single jacketed gaskets are expertly designed with a single surface, fully enveloped by a metal jacket that covers both the outer diameter (OD) and inner diameter (ID). These gaskets are perfect for narrow flange widths in low-pressure valve and pump applications.
Double jacketed gaskets are intelligently constructed with a two-piece metal jacket that completely encapsulates the outer diameter (OD), inner diameter (ID), and both sealing surfaces. These gaskets are primarily employed in heat exchanger applications, excelling in managing corrosive and high-temperature environments.
Internal ribs, or pass partition bars, can be seamlessly integrated or expertly welded, ensuring the primary seal remains uncompromised, regardless of the configuration.

Gaskets with straightforward designs are ideally suited for pipeline flanges and the sealing surfaces of internal-combustion machines. Those boasting intricate shapes are exceptional for the flange covers of heat exchangers and similar applications. Typically, these versatile gaskets span 10-25 MM in width and 2MM-8MM in thickness, withstanding maximum working pressures of 6-10Mpa, making them both reliable and adaptable.
Jackets are meticulously crafted from a variety of high-quality materials including soft iron, low carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel, copper, aluminium, brass, titanium, monel, and other premium options.
The filler options include expanded graphite, ceramic, PTFE, and other resilient materials, ensuring unmatched performance and durability.
The gasket thickness tolerance is precisely calibrated at (+0.03 inch, -0.000 inch) or (+0.8mm, -0.0mm), meeting the highest standards of precision.
(1). For gaskets with sizes from NPS 1/2 to NPS 24, the outside and inside diameter tolerances are carefully regulated at +0.06 inch, -0.0 inch (+1.5mm, -0.0mm), ensuring exact measurements;
(2). For NPS sizes ranging from 1/2 through 3, Class 400 flanges are unavailable, necessitating the use of Class 600 instead;
(3). For NPS sizes spanning 1/2 through 2-1/2, Class 600 flanges do not exist, requiring the use of Class 1500;
(4). Class 2500 is not available for NPS sizes 14 and above.
