DOUBLE JACKETED GASKET
Our exquisite metal jacketed gaskets feature a robust thin metallic outer shell surrounding a resilient filler material. This innovative design ensures the maintenance of integrity under pressure, temperature, and corrosion. Each gasket is meticulously handcrafted in an array of shapes and sizes, with a diverse selection of metals and fillers. Internal ribs are customizable to any configuration, making these gaskets perfect for heat exchanger applications, provided there are smooth flange surfaces and high bolt loads to ensure optimal sealing.
Single jacketed gaskets boast coverage on one surface, with both the outer and inner diameters shielded by the metal jacket. Ideal for narrow flange widths in low-pressure valve and pump applications, these gaskets offer reliable performance.
Double jacketed gaskets are masterfully crafted with a two-piece metal jacket, enveloping the outer diameter, inner diameter, and both sealing surfaces. Renowned for their use in heat exchanger applications, they are also suitable for environments requiring resistance to corrosion and high temperatures.
Internal ribs, also known as pass partition bars, may be integral or welded, ensuring the primary seal is consistently maintained across all designs.

Gaskets with simple shapes are perfectly suited for pipeline flanges and internal-combustion machine sealing surfaces. For more complex shapes, our gaskets excel in heat exchanger flange covers, generally measuring 10-25 MM in width and 2MM-8MM in thickness, capable of enduring work pressures up to 6-10Mpa.
Jackets: Choose from soft iron, low carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel, copper, aluminium, brass, titanium, monel, among others, to match your specific needs.
Filler: Our selection includes expanded graphite, ceramic, PTFE, and more, providing exceptional performance.
Our gaskets feature a precise thickness tolerance of (+0.03 inch, -0.000 inch) (+0.8mm, -0.0mm) to ensure excellent performance.
(1). For gaskets ranging from NPS 1/2 to NPS 24, the outside and inside diameter tolerances are meticulously maintained at +0.06 inch, -0.0 inch (+1.5mm, -0.0mm);
(2). Note: There are no Class 400 flanges for NPS 1/2 through NPS 3, please use Class 600 instead;
(3). Also, there are no Class 600 flanges for NPS 1/2 through NPS 2-1/2, opt for Class 1500;
(4). Be aware that Class 2500 does not apply to NPS 14 and larger sizes.
