Our Single Jacketed Gaskets feature a unique design with one surface and both the outer diameter (OD) and inner diameter (ID) enveloped in a secure metal jacket. Ideal for narrow flange widths, these gaskets excel in low-pressure valve and pump applications, providing unrivaled sealing performance.
Double Jacketed Gaskets are expertly designed with a complete enclosure, featuring a two-piece metal jacket that covers the OD, ID, and both sealing surfaces. These gaskets are the go-to solution for heat exchanger applications, offering exceptional performance in corrosive and high-temperature environments.
Internal ribs, or pass partition bars, can either be integral or welded, ensuring the primary seal remains uncompromised. Both types guarantee safety and integrity under demanding conditions.

Perfectly suited for a range of applications, these gaskets with simple shapes are ideal for pipeline flange and internal-combustion machine sealing surfaces, while more complex designs cater to flange covers in heat exchangers. Available in widths of 10-25mm and thicknesses of 2-8mm, they operate under maximum pressures of 6-10Mpa.
Our jackets are crafted from a variety of high-quality materials including soft iron, low carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel, copper, aluminium, brass, titanium, and monel, ensuring outstanding performance and durability.
Filler options include expanded graphite, ceramic, and PTFE, each offering unique benefits to meet your high-performance sealing requirements.
We adhere to a precise gasket thickness tolerance of (+0.03 inch, -0.000 inch) (+0.8mm, -0.0mm), ensuring consistency and reliability in every product.
(1). For gaskets ranging from NPS 1/2 to NPS 24, the outside and inside diameter tolerances are meticulously maintained at +0.06 inch, -0.0 inch (+1.5mm, -0.0mm);
(2). Note that there are no Class 400 flanges available for NPS 1/2 through NPS 3; instead, we recommend using Class 600 options;
(3). Similarly, for NPS 1/2 through NPS 2-1/2, there are no Class 600 flanges; we suggest opting for Class 1500 alternatives;
(4). Please be aware that there are no Class 2500 flanges for NPS 14 and larger sizes.
