Intricate shapes excel in flange covers of heat exchangers and similar applications. Typically, general gaskets span 10-25 MM in width and 2MM-8MM in thickness, withstanding maximum working pressures of 6-10Mpa, ensuring versatility and reliability.
Jackets are crafted from a premium selection of high-quality materials, including soft iron, low carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel, copper, aluminium, brass, titanium, monel, and more, making them a testament to durability and excellence.
The filler options include expanded graphite, ceramic, PTFE, and other resilient materials, ensuring our gaskets meet the most rigorous demands.
The gasket thickness tolerance is meticulously set at (+0.03 inch., -0.000 inch) (+0.8mm, -0.0mm), ensuring adherence to exacting standards and unmatched precision.
(1). For gaskets ranging from NPS 1/2 to NPS 24, the outside and inside diameter tolerances are strictly controlled at +0.06 inch, -0.0 inch (+1.5mm, -0.0mm);
(2). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 3, Class 400 flanges are unavailable, necessitating the use of Class 600 instead, ensuring optimal compatibility;
(3). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 2-1/2, Class 600 flanges do not exist, requiring the use of Class 1500, offering enhanced performance under pressure;
(4). Class 2500 is unavailable for NPS sizes 14 and larger, directing to optimal alternatives for superior sealing solutions.
