Single jacketed gaskets feature a singular sealing surface fully encased by a metal jacket that covers both the OD and ID. They are perfectly suited for narrow flange widths in low-pressure valve and pump applications.
Double jacketed gaskets are brilliantly crafted with a dual-piece metal jacket that comprehensively encloses the OD, ID, and both sealing surfaces. They excel in heat exchanger applications, adeptly managing corrosive and high-temperature conditions.
Internal ribs, or pass partition bars, can be seamlessly incorporated or expertly welded, maintaining the integrity of the primary seal in all configurations.

Gaskets with simple designs are ideal for pipeline flanges and the sealing surfaces of internal-combustion engines. Those with complex shapes excel at sealing flange covers for heat exchangers and similar applications. Generally, standard gaskets range from 10-25 MM in width and 2MM-8MM in thickness, capable of enduring maximum working pressures of 6-10Mpa, offering versatility and dependability.
Our jackets are crafted from a premium selection of materials, including soft iron, low carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel, copper, aluminium, brass, titanium, monel, and more.
Filler options encompass expanded graphite, ceramic, PTFE, and other robust materials, offering versatility to meet diverse application needs.
The gasket thickness tolerance is meticulously defined at (+0.03 inch., -0.000 inch) (+0.8mm, -0.0mm), meeting the highest standards of precision.
(1). For gaskets spanning NPS 1/2 to NPS 24, the outer and inner diameter tolerances are tightly controlled at +0.06 inch, -0.0 inch (+1.5mm, -0.0mm);
(2). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 3, Class 400 flanges are not available, requiring the use of Class 600 instead;
(3). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 2-1/2, Class 600 flanges do not exist, necessitating the use of Class 1500;
(4). Class 2500 is unavailable for NPS sizes 14 and larger.
