Each gasket is carefully handcrafted and available in a wide variety of shapes and dimensions, offering a premium selection of metals and fillers. Configurable internal ribs add another layer of versatility. These exceptional gaskets are indispensable for heat exchanger applications, requiring precise flange surfaces and high bolt loads to ensure the perfect seal.
Single jacketed gaskets feature a single surface completely encased by a metal jacket covering both the OD and ID, making them ideal for narrow flange widths in low-pressure valve and pump applications.
Our double jacketed gaskets boast a sophisticated design with a two-piece metal jacket that fully encapsulates the OD, ID, and both sealing surfaces. These gaskets are primarily used in heat exchanger applications, expertly handling corrosive and high-temperature environments.
Internal ribs, or pass partition bars, can be seamlessly integrated or expertly welded to ensure the primary seal remains uncompromised in both configurations, providing exceptional durability and performance.

Gaskets with straightforward designs are perfectly suited for pipeline flanges and sealing surfaces of internal-combustion engines. Meanwhile, those with intricate shapes excel in the flange covers of heat exchangers and similar applications. Typically, our general gaskets span 10-25 MM in width and 2MM-8MM in thickness, withstanding maximum working pressures of 6-10Mpa, offering unrivaled versatility and reliability.
Our jackets are created from a selection of premium materials including soft iron, low carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel, copper, aluminum, brass, titanium, monel, and more, ensuring durability and performance.
The filler options are meticulously chosen, including expanded graphite, ceramic, PTFE, and other resilient materials, to enhance the gasket's performance.
Our gasket thickness tolerance is precisely set at (+0.03 inch, -0.000 inch) (+0.8mm, -0.0mm), maintaining exacting standards to ensure precision and quality.
(1). For gaskets ranging from NPS 1/2 to NPS 24, the outside and inside diameter tolerances are meticulously controlled at +0.06 inch, -0.0 inch (+1.5mm, -0.0mm); ensuring a perfect fit for your needs.
(2). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 3, Class 400 flanges are unavailable, necessitating the use of Class 600 instead, providing higher pressure handling capability.
(3). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 2-1/2, Class 600 flanges do not exist, requiring the use of Class 1500, accommodating even greater pressure demands.
(4). Class 2500 is unavailable for NPS sizes 14 and larger, ensuring suitability for various applications.
