DOUBLE JACKETED GASKET

Precision flange surfaces and high bolt loads are essential to achieve an optimal seal.
Single jacketed gaskets are ingeniously designed with a single surface completely enveloped by a metal jacket covering both the outer and inner diameters, making them ideal for narrow flange widths in low-pressure valve and pump applications.
Double jacketed gaskets boast a two-piece metal jacket fully encapsulating the outer diameter, inner diameter, and both sealing surfaces. They are predominantly crafted for heat exchanger applications and are highly adept at managing corrosive and high-temperature environments.
Internal ribs, also known as pass partition bars, can be seamlessly integrated or expertly welded, ensuring that the primary seal remains uncompromised in all configurations.

Gaskets with straightforward designs excel in sealing surfaces of pipeline flanges and internal-combustion machines. Those with intricate shapes are ideal for flange covers of heat exchangers and similar applications. Generally, these versatile and reliable gaskets span 10-25 MM in width and 2MM-8MM in thickness, enduring maximum working pressures of 6-10Mpa.
Jackets are crafted from an exquisite selection of high-quality materials including soft iron, low carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel, copper, aluminium, brass, titanium, monel, and other premium options.
Fillers come in a variety of resilient materials such as expanded graphite, ceramic, PTFE, and more, each chosen for their superior performance.
The gasket thickness tolerance is set with precision at (+0.03 inch, -0.000 inch) (+0.8mm, -0.0mm), ensuring adherence to exacting standards.
(1). For gaskets ranging from NPS 1/2 to NPS 24, the outside and inside diameter tolerances are meticulously controlled at +0.06 inch, -0.0 inch (+1.5mm, -0.0mm).
(2). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 3, Class 400 flanges are not available, thus requiring the use of Class 600 instead.
(3). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 2-1/2, the absence of Class 600 flanges necessitates the use of Class 1500.
(4). For NPS sizes 14 and larger, Class 2500 is not available.
