Single jacketed gaskets boast a unique design with one surface completely sheathed by a metal jacket, covering both the OD and ID. These gaskets are tailored for narrow flange widths, excelling in low-pressure valve and pump applications.
Double jacketed gaskets are a marvel of engineering, featuring a two-piece metal jacket that fully envelops the OD, ID, and both sealing surfaces. Ideally suited for heat exchanger applications, these gaskets thrive in corrosive and high-temperature environments, providing reliable performance.
Internal ribs, or pass partition bars, can be seamlessly integrated or expertly welded, ensuring the primary seal remains uncompromised in both configurations, delivering assurance in performance.

Gaskets with straightforward designs are ideally suited for pipeline flanges and sealing surfaces of internal-combustion machines. Intricate shapes excel in the flange covers of heat exchangers and similar applications. Typically measuring 10-25 MM in width and 2MM-8MM in thickness, they can withstand maximum working pressures of 6-10Mpa, offering unmatched versatility and reliability.
Jackets are crafted from an exquisite selection of high-quality materials, including soft iron, low carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel, copper, aluminium, brass, titanium, monel, and more, ensuring durability and resilience.
The filler options are diverse, including expanded graphite, ceramic, PTFE, and other resilient materials, providing exceptional durability and performance.
The gasket thickness tolerance is precisely calibrated at (+0.03 inch., -0.000 inch) (+0.8mm, -0.0mm), setting exacting standards for consistency.
(1). For gaskets ranging from NPS 1/2 to NPS 24, the outside and inside diameter tolerances are meticulously maintained at +0.06 inch, -0.0 inch (+1.5mm, -0.0mm);
(2). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 3, Class 400 flanges are unavailable, necessitating the use of Class 600 instead;
(3). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 2-1/2, Class 600 flanges do not exist, thus requiring the use of Class 1500;
(4). Class 2500 is unavailable for NPS sizes 14 and larger.
