DOUBLE JACKETED GASKET
Our exquisitely crafted metal jacketed gaskets are engineered with an exceptional thin metallic outer shell that securely encases a resilient filler material. Configurable internal ribs add remarkable versatility to the design. These gaskets are truly indispensable for heat exchanger applications, though they demand precision flange surfaces and elevated bolt loads to attain an optimal seal.
Single jacketed gaskets feature one surface and are intelligently enveloped by a metal jacket that covers both the OD and ID. These gaskets are ideal for narrow flange widths, perfectly suited for low-pressure valve and pump applications.
Double jacketed gaskets are ingeniously designed with a sophisticated two-piece metal jacket that thoroughly encapsulates the OD, ID, and both sealing surfaces. They predominantly excel in heat exchanger applications, adeptly managing corrosive and high-temperature environments with ease.
Internal ribs, or pass partition bars, can be seamlessly integrated or expertly welded, ensuring the primary seal remains uncompromised in either configuration, delivering outstanding performance in demanding conditions.

Gaskets with straightforward designs are perfect for pipeline flanges and sealing surfaces of internal-combustion machines. Those crafted with intricate shapes excel in the flange covers of heat exchangers and similar applications. Typically, general gaskets span 10-25 MM in width and 2MM-8MM in thickness, engineered to withstand maximum working pressures of 6-10Mpa, making them versatile, robust, and reliable for diverse applications.
Jackets are meticulously crafted from an array of high-quality materials such as soft iron, low carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel, copper, aluminum, brass, titanium, monel, and more, ensuring exceptional durability and performance.
The filler options are diverse, including expanded graphite, ceramic, PTFE, and other resilient materials, tailored for optimal performance in various conditions.
The gasket thickness tolerance is precisely set at (+0.03 inch., -0.000 inch) (+0.8mm, -0.0mm), ensuring adherence to exacting standards and ultimate precision.
(1). For gaskets ranging from NPS 1/2 to NPS 24, the outside and inside diameter tolerances are meticulously controlled at +0.06 inch, -0.0 inch (+1.5mm, -0.0mm);
(2). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 3, Class 400 flanges are unavailable, necessitating the use of Class 600 instead, ensuring compatibility and performance;
(3). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 2-1/2, Class 600 flanges do not exist, requiring the use of Class 1500, ensuring high-pressure handling capabilities;
(4). Class 2500 is unavailable for NPS sizes 14 and larger, directing the use of appropriate alternatives for superior performance.
