Single jacketed gaskets boast a unique design with one surface fully enveloped by a metal jacket, covering both the OD and ID. They are ideally suited for narrow flange widths in low-pressure valve and pump applications, offering reliable performance.
Double jacketed gaskets are masterfully designed with a two-piece metal jacket that completely encapsulates the OD, ID, and both sealing surfaces. They are predominantly used in heat exchanger applications and are specifically adept at handling corrosive and high-temperature environments, delivering superior performance.
Internal ribs, or pass partition bars, can be seamlessly integrated or expertly welded, ensuring the primary seal remains uncompromised in any configuration, enhancing the gasket's adaptability and reliability.

Gaskets with straightforward designs are perfect for pipeline flanges and sealing surfaces of internal-combustion machines. Those with intricate shapes excel in flange covers of heat exchangers and similar applications. Typically, general gaskets vary from 10-25 MM in width and 2MM-8MM in thickness, withstanding maximum working pressures of 6-10Mpa, showcasing their versatility and reliability.
Jackets are expertly crafted from an exclusive selection of high-quality materials, including soft iron, low carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel, copper, aluminium, brass, titanium, monel, and more, ensuring superior performance.
The filler options are diverse and include expanded graphite, ceramic, PTFE, and other resilient materials, providing exceptional adaptability for various applications.
The gasket thickness tolerance is precisely set at (+0.03 inch., -0.000 inch) (+0.8mm, -0.0mm), ensuring adherence to exacting standards.
(1). For gaskets ranging from NPS 1/2 to NPS 24, the outside and inside diameter tolerances are meticulously controlled at +0.06 inch, -0.0 inch (+1.5mm, -0.0mm);
(2). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 3, Class 400 flanges are unavailable, requiring the use of Class 600 instead;
(3). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 2-1/2, Class 600 flanges do not exist, necessitating the use of Class 1500;
(4). Class 2500 is unavailable for NPS sizes 14 and larger.
