However, they require precision flange surfaces and high bolt loads for an impeccable seal.
Single jacketed gaskets are expertly crafted with one surface, fully enveloped by a protective metal jacket covering both the OD and ID. Perfectly suited for narrow flange widths, they excel in low-pressure valve and pump applications.
Double jacketed gaskets exhibit ingenious craftsmanship with a two-piece metal jacket that completely encases the OD, ID, and both sealing surfaces. They are predominantly used in heat exchanger applications and are adept at withstanding corrosive and high-temperature environments, ensuring unfaltering performance.
Internal ribs, also known as pass partition bars, can be seamlessly integrated or expertly welded, ensuring the primary seal remains flawlessly intact across both configurations.

Our gaskets with straightforward designs are the ideal solution for pipeline flanges and sealing surfaces of internal-combustion machines. Those with intricate shapes excel in flange covers for heat exchangers and similar applications. Generally, our gaskets span 10-25 MM in width and 2MM-8MM in thickness, and boast a maximum working pressure range of 6-10Mpa, ensuring versatility and reliability for diverse applications.
Our jackets are crafted from an exquisite selection of high-quality materials including soft iron, low carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel, copper, aluminium, brass, titanium, monel, and beyond.
The filler options include premium expanded graphite, ceramic, PTFE, and other highly resilient materials to ensure uncompromised performance.
The gasket thickness tolerance is meticulously set at (+0.03 inch., -0.000 inch) (+0.8mm, -0.0mm), adhering to the most exacting standards.
(1). For gaskets ranging from NPS 1/2 to NPS 24, the outside and inside diameter tolerances are rigorously controlled at +0.06 inch, -0.0 inch (+1.5mm, -0.0mm).
(2). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 3, Class 400 flanges are not available, thus necessitating the use of Class 600.
(3). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 2-1/2, Class 600 flanges are non-existent, requiring the use of Class 1500 instead.
(4). Class 2500 is unavailable for NPS sizes 14 and larger - a testament to our precise engineering.
