DOUBLE JACKETED GASKET
Our exquisitely crafted metal jacketed gaskets combine engineering precision with high performance. The durable thin metallic outer shell ensures unmatched protection for the resilient filler inside, creating an innovative solution with extraordinary resistance to pressure, temperature, and corrosion. Each gasket, a testament to meticulous craftsmanship, is available in an extensive range of shapes and sizes, featuring a premium selection of metals and fillers. With configurable internal ribs, these gaskets offer enhanced versatility, making them indispensable in demanding heat exchanger applications. They do, however, require precision flange surfaces and high bolt loads to achieve a perfect seal.
Single jacketed gaskets provide exceptional performance with one exposed surface, fully encased by a metal jacket that covers both the OD and ID. Perfectly suited for narrow flange widths, these gaskets excel in low-pressure valve and pump applications.
Double jacketed gaskets are ingeniously crafted with a dual-piece metal jacket that thoroughly envelops the OD, ID, and both sealing surfaces. Ideally suited for heat exchanger applications, they thrive in corrosive and high-temperature environments, showcasing remarkable durability.
Our internal ribs, or pass partition bars, can be seamlessly integrated or skillfully welded, ensuring that the primary seal remains uncompromised in both configurations.

Gaskets featuring straightforward designs are ideal for pipeline flanges and internal-combustion machine sealing surfaces. Meanwhile, those with intricate shapes excel in the flange covers of heat exchangers and similar applications. Typically, these versatile gaskets span widths of 10-25 MM and thicknesses of 2MM-8MM, capable of withstanding maximum working pressures of 6-10Mpa, ensuring reliability across various scenarios.
Our jackets are meticulously crafted from a selection of premium materials, including soft iron, low carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel, copper, aluminum, brass, titanium, monel, and more, ensuring resilience and strength.
The filler materials include expanded graphite, ceramic, PTFE, and other resilient options, providing optimal flexibility and performance.
Our gasket thickness tolerance is precisely calibrated to (+0.03 inch., -0.000 inch) (+0.8mm, -0.0mm), ensuring rigorous standards are consistently met.
(1). For gaskets ranging from NPS 1/2 to NPS 24, the outside and inside diameter tolerances are meticulously controlled at +0.06 inch, -0.0 inch (+1.5mm, -0.0mm);
(2). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 3, Class 400 flanges are unavailable, necessitating the use of Class 600;
(3). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 2-1/2, Class 600 flanges do not exist, requiring the use of Class 1500 instead;
(4). Class 2500 is unavailable for NPS sizes 14 and larger.
