DOUBLE JACKETED GASKET
Our exquisitely crafted metal jacketed gaskets boast a robust yet delicate metallic shell enveloping a resilient filler material. Each gasket is a masterpiece, handmade and available in a diverse range of shapes and sizes. We offer a premium selection of metals and fillers, and configurable internal ribs enhance their versatility. Essential for heat exchanger applications, these gaskets require precision flange surfaces and high bolt loading to ensure a flawless seal.
Single jacketed gaskets possess a distinctive design with one surface completely encased in a metal jacket that covers both the OD and ID. These gaskets are perfectly suited for applications with narrow flange widths, particularly in low-pressure valve and pump scenarios.
Double jacketed gaskets are ingeniously engineered with a dual-piece metal jacket that fully encapsulates the OD, ID, and both sealing surfaces. They are predominantly used in heat exchanger applications, skillfully handling corrosive and high-temperature environments with ease.
Internal ribs, or pass partition bars, can be seamlessly integrated or expertly welded, ensuring the primary seal remains intact, regardless of the configuration.

Gaskets with straightforward designs are ideal for pipeline flanges and sealing surfaces of internal-combustion machines. Those with intricate shapes shine in the flange covers of heat exchangers and similar high-demand applications. Typically, these general gaskets span widths between 10-25 MM and thicknesses of 2MM-8MM, capable of withstanding maximum working pressures of 6-10Mpa, making them both versatile and highly dependable.
Our jackets are meticulously crafted from an array of high-quality materials, including soft iron, low carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel, copper, aluminum, brass, titanium, monel, among others, ensuring durability and performance.
The filler options we provide include expanded graphite, ceramic, PTFE, and other resilient materials, each selected for their exceptional performance under demanding conditions.
The gasket thickness tolerance is precisely calibrated at (+0.03 inch., -0.000 inch) (+0.8mm, -0.0mm), maintaining the highest quality standards.
(1). For gaskets ranging from NPS 1/2 to NPS 24, the outside and inside diameter tolerances are meticulously maintained at +0.06 inch, -0.0 inch (+1.5mm, -0.0mm);
(2). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 3, Class 400 flanges are not available, requiring the utilization of Class 600 instead;
(3). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 2-1/2, Class 600 flanges are nonexistent, necessitating the use of Class 1500;
(4). Class 2500 is unavailable for NPS sizes 14 and larger.
