DOUBLE JACKETED GASKET
Our meticulously engineered metal jacketed gaskets showcase an exquisite blend of durability and precision. Featuring a robust metallic outer shell, these gaskets safeguard a resilient filler material, crafting a barrier against fierce pressure, extreme temperatures, and aggressive corrosion. With meticulous craftsmanship, each gasket is uniquely handmade, presenting a wide spectrum of shapes and sizes, coupled with an elite choice of metals and fillers. Configurable internal ribs further enhance versatility, making these gaskets indispensable for heat exchanger applications. They necessitate precision flange surfaces and considerable bolt loads to ensure a flawless seal.
Single jacketed gaskets present one surface entirely encapsulated by a metal jacket covering both the OD and ID, making them ideal for applications with narrow flange widths, particularly in low-pressure valve and pump scenarios.
Double jacketed gaskets exhibit a sophisticated two-piece metal jacket design that fully encases the OD, ID, and both sealing surfaces. Primarily used in heat exchanger applications, these gaskets excel in withstanding corrosive environments and high temperatures.
Internal ribs, also known as pass partition bars, can be seamlessly integrated or expertly welded, thereby ensuring that the primary seal remains uncompromised in any configuration.
APPLICATION
> Heat exchangers
> Gas mains
> Boiler and fues
> Pumps.
> Valve bonnets
Gaskets with straightforward designs are an impeccable solution for pipeline flanges and internal-combustion machine sealing surfaces. Those with intricate shapes are unparalleled in the flange covers of heat exchangers and similar applications. Typically, general gaskets are available in widths of 10-25 MM and thicknesses ranging from 2MM-8MM, boasting the capability to endure maximum working pressures of 6-10Mpa, thereby epitomizing versatility and reliability.
Our jackets are meticulously crafted from an array of premium materials including soft iron, low carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel, copper, aluminium, brass, titanium, monel, and others.
The filler materials we offer include premium options such as expanded graphite, ceramic, PTFE, and other resilient compounds.
The gasket thickness tolerance is precisely maintained at (+0.03 inch., -0.000 inch) (+0.8mm, -0.0mm), ensuring adherence to exacting standards.
(1). For gaskets ranging from NPS 1/2 to NPS 24, the outside and inside diameter tolerances are meticulously controlled at +0.06 inch, -0.0 inch (+1.5mm, -0.0mm);
(2). Gaskets for NPS sizes 1/2 through 3, Class 400 flanges are unavailable, necessitating the utilization of Class 600;
(3). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 2-1/2, the absence of Class 600 flanges requires the adoption of Class 1500;
(4). Class 2500 is unavailable for NPS sizes 14 and larger.
