DOUBLE JACKETED GASKET
Our exquisitely crafted metal jacketed gaskets are masterpieces of engineering excellence. They boast a robust thin metallic outer shell that securely encases a resilient filler material. This revolutionary design ensures the utmost protection for the filler, delivering unparalleled resistance to pressure, temperature fluctuations, and corrosion. Each gasket is meticulously handmade, available in a wide array of shapes and sizes, with a premium selection of metals and fillers. Configurable internal ribs provide additional versatility to meet specific needs. These gaskets are indispensable for heat exchanger applications, requiring precision flange surfaces and high bolt loads to achieve the perfect seal, ensuring optimal system performance.
Single jacketed gaskets, featuring one surface, are ingeniously enveloped by a metal jacket covering both the OD and ID. They are the ideal choice for narrow flange widths in low-pressure valve and pump applications, ensuring reliable and efficient sealing.
Double jacketed gaskets are expertly designed with a sophisticated two-piece metal jacket that fully encapsulates the OD, ID, and both sealing surfaces. They are predominantly utilized in demanding heat exchanger applications and excel in handling corrosive and high-temperature environments, ensuring a robust and reliable seal.
Internal ribs, or pass partition bars, are seamlessly integrated or meticulously welded, ensuring the primary seal remains uncompromised in both configurations, providing superior sealing performance and reliability.

Gaskets with straightforward designs are the perfect solution for pipeline flanges and sealing surfaces of internal-combustion machines. Those with intricate shapes excel in the flange covers of heat exchangers and similar applications. Typically, general gaskets span widths of 10-25 MM and thicknesses of 2MM-8MM. They can withstand maximum working pressures of 6-10Mpa, making them a versatile and reliable choice for various industrial applications.
The jackets are crafted from a diverse selection of high-quality materials, including soft iron, low carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel, copper, aluminium, brass, titanium, monel, and more, each chosen for its specific attributes and performance benefits.
The filler options feature an array of resilient materials, including expanded graphite, ceramic, PTFE, and others, ensuring optimal performance and durability in challenging environments.
The gasket thickness tolerance is precisely set at (+0.03 inch., -0.000 inch) (+0.8mm, -0.0mm), ensuring adherence to exacting standards and delivering exceptional precision and reliability.
(1). For gaskets ranging from NPS 1/2 to NPS 24, the outside and inside diameter tolerances are meticulously controlled at +0.06 inch, -0.0 inch (+1.5mm, -0.0mm), guaranteeing precision and consistency.
(2). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 3, Class 400 flanges are unavailable, necessitating the use of Class 600 instead, ensuring compatibility and performance.
(3). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 2-1/2, Class 600 flanges do not exist, requiring the use of Class 1500, providing a robust solution for demanding applications.
(4). Class 2500 is unavailable for NPS sizes 14 and larger, necessitating alternative class solutions for high-pressure requirements.
