Single jacketed gaskets are designed with a single surface entirely encased in a protective metal jacket covering both the OD and ID. They are ideal for applications requiring narrow flange widths, particularly in low-pressure valve and pump environments.
Ingeniously crafted, our double jacketed gaskets feature a two-piece metal jacket that envelops the OD, ID, and both sealing surfaces completely. They excel in heat exchanger applications, adeptly managing corrosive environments and high-temperature conditions with ease.
Internal ribs, also known as pass partition bars, are seamlessly integrated or expertly welded, ensuring that the primary seal is preserved and uncompromised in every configuration.

Gaskets with a basic design are ideally suited for pipeline flanges and sealing surfaces in internal-combustion machinery. Intricately shaped gaskets excel in flange covers for heat exchangers and similar applications. Typically, general gaskets measure between 10-25 MM in width, with thicknesses ranging from 2MM to 8MM. They can withstand maximum operating pressures of 6-10Mpa, showcasing their versatility and reliability.

Our filler options are as diverse as they are resilient, including expanded graphite, ceramic, PTFE, and other high-performance materials.
Our gasket thickness tolerance is set to exacting standards at (+0.03 inch., -0.000 inch) (+0.8mm, -0.0mm), emphasizing precision and consistency.
(1). For gaskets sized NPS 1/2 to NPS 24, the outside and inside diameter tolerances are meticulously controlled at +0.06 inch, -0.0 inch (+1.5mm, -0.0mm);
(2). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 3, Class 400 flanges are unavailable, necessitating the use of Class 600 instead;
(3). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 2-1/2, Class 600 flanges are not available, requiring Class 1500;
(4). Class 2500 is not available for NPS sizes 14 and larger.
