Our single jacketed gaskets are specifically designed with one surface completely encased in a metal jacket covering both the OD and ID. These gaskets are ideal for applications with narrow flange widths, especially in low-pressure valve and pump scenarios, offering superior performance.
Ingeniously designed, our double jacketed gaskets feature a two-piece metal jacket that fully encapsulates the OD, ID, and both sealing surfaces. Predominantly used in demanding heat exchanger applications, these gaskets excel in handling corrosive and high-temperature environments.
For added reliability, internal ribs or pass partition bars can be seamlessly integrated or expertly welded, ensuring the primary seal remains uncompromised in either configuration.

Our gaskets with straightforward designs are the perfect fit for pipeline flanges and sealing surfaces of internal-combustion machines. Meanwhile, those with intricate shapes excel in the flange covers of heat exchangers and similar demanding applications. Typically, these general gaskets span 10-25 MM in width and 2MM-8MM in thickness, withstanding maximum working pressures of 6-10Mpa, making them both versatile and reliable.
Our jackets are crafted from a carefully selected range of high-quality materials, including soft iron, low carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel, copper, aluminium, brass, titanium, monel, and more, ensuring optimal performance and durability.
Choose from our selection of resilient filler options, including expanded graphite, ceramic, PTFE, and other durable materials.
Our gasket thickness tolerance is meticulously set at (+0.03 inch., -0.000 inch) (+0.8mm, -0.0mm), ensuring adherence to the highest standards of precision.
(1). For gaskets ranging from NPS 1/2 to NPS 24, the outside and inside diameter tolerances are meticulously controlled at +0.06 inch, -0.0 inch (+1.5mm, -0.0mm);
(2). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 3, Class 400 flanges are unavailable, requiring the use of Class 600 instead;
(3). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 2-1/2, Class 600 flanges do not exist, necessitating the use of Class 1500;
(4). Class 2500 flanges are unavailable for NPS sizes 14 and larger.
