DOUBLE JACKETED GASKET

Designed with customizable internal ribs, they are particularly suited for heat exchanger applications, necessitating precise flange surfaces and significant bolt loads to secure an impeccable seal.
Single jacketed gaskets are engineered with a single metal jacket that envelops one surface along with both the outer (OD) and inner (ID) diameter. These are the ideal solution for applications with narrow flange widths, such as those found in low-pressure valves and pumps.
Double jacketed gaskets boast complete enclosure with a robust two-piece metal jacket, seamlessly covering the outer (OD) and inner (ID) diameters along with both sealing surfaces. Perfectly suited for heat exchanger applications, they excel in environments requiring resistance to corrosion and elevated temperatures.
Internal ribs or pass partition bars are meticulously crafted, whether integral or expertly welded, assuring the primary seal remains intact under all conditions.

Our gaskets, with their streamlined design, are perfectly suited for simple shapes in pipeline flanges and internal-combustion machine seals. Their versatility extends to more complex shapes used in heat exchanger flange covers. Typically ranging from 10 to 25 MM wide and 2MM to 8MM thick, these gaskets perform exceptionally under a maximum working pressure of 6-10Mpa.
Jackets crafted from premium Soft iron, low carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel, copper, aluminium, brass, titanium, monel, and more, offering unmatched durability.
Filler materials expertly selected from Expanded graphite, ceramic, PTFE, and others, ensuring top-tier performance.
The gasket thickness is precisely controlled with a tolerance of (+0.03 inch., -0.000 inch) (+0.8mm, -0.0mm), ensuring unwavering accuracy.
(1). For gaskets ranging from NPS 1/2 through NPS 24, the outside and inside diameter tolerances are maintained at +0.06 inch, -0.0 inch (+1.5mm, -0.0mm);
(2). Note that for gaskets NPS 1/2 through NPS 3, Class 400 flanges are not available (opt for Class 600 instead);
(3). For NPS 1/2 through NPS 2-1/2, Class 600 flanges are unavailable (Use Class 1500 for optimal performance);
(4). Be aware that Class 2500 is not an option for NPS 14 and larger dimensions.
