Xinsen-J Ring Joint Gasket

Ring joint gaskets are extraordinary solid metal gaskets, distinguished by their high polish and softer composition than flange materials. These gaskets are ingeniously 'crushed' into the flange, a process known as coining, establishing a remarkable seal by filling imperfections and potential leak paths with superior gasket material. While under substantial sealing stress, the gasket magnificently deforms without impacting the integrity of the flange itself. Predominantly utilized in the petrochemical industry, including offshore oil platforms and refineries, these gaskets are indispensable, catering to the rigorous high-pressure demands of such environments.
