Note: They require precision flange surfaces and significant bolt loads for optimal sealing.
Single jacketed gaskets are designed with one surface fully enclosed by a metal jacket covering both the outer and inner diameters. These gaskets are ideal for applications with narrow flange widths in low-pressure valves and pumps.
Double jacketed gaskets showcase a smart two-piece metal jacket design that completely encases the outer and inner diameters along with both sealing surfaces. Perfectly suited for heat exchanger applications, they excel in managing corrosive and high-temperature environments.
Internal ribs or pass partition bars can be seamlessly integrated or expertly welded into the design, ensuring the integrity of the primary seal in any configuration.

Gaskets with simple designs are ideally suited for pipeline flanges and sealing surfaces in internal-combustion engines. Those with intricate designs shine in flange covers for heat exchangers and similar uses. Typically, standard gaskets measure 10-25 MM in width and 2MM-8MM in thickness. They can withstand working pressures of up to 6-10Mpa, offering versatility and dependability.
The outer jackets are crafted from an array of premium materials including soft iron, low carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel, copper, aluminum, brass, titanium, monel, and more.
Fillers comprise a selection of robust materials such as expanded graphite, ceramic, PTFE, and other durable options.
Our gasket thickness tolerance is stringently controlled at (+0.03 inch, -0.000 inch) (+0.8mm, -0.0mm), maintaining exceptional accuracy.
(1). For gaskets from NPS 1/2 to NPS 24, the outside and inside diameter tolerances are meticulously regulated at +0.06 inch, -0.0 inch (+1.5mm, -0.0mm);
(2). Flanges of Class 400 are unavailable for NPS sizes 1/2 through 3, requiring Class 600 as a substitute;
(3). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 2-1/2, Class 600 flanges are not an option, necessitating the use of Class 1500;
(4). Class 2500 flanges are not available for NPS sizes 14 and larger.
