(1). For gaskets ranging from NPS 1/2 to NPS 24, diameters are meticulously controlled with tolerances of +0.06 inch, -0.0 inch (+1.5mm, -0.0mm) to ensure perfect fit and function.
(2). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 3, the unavailability of Class 400 flanges leads to the use of Class 600, ensuring continued availability and reliability in demanding applications.
(3). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 2-1/2, the absence of Class 600 flanges necessitates the use of Class 1500, providing a dependable solution for high-pressure needs.
(4). Class 2500 flanges are unavailable for NPS sizes 14 and larger, thus alternative solutions are implemented to maintain system integrity.
