Single jacketed gaskets boast a single surface, fully enveloped by a metal jacket that covers both the outer and inner diameters. These gaskets are the ideal solution for narrow flange widths in low-pressure valve and pump applications.
Double jacketed gaskets are marvels of engineering, crafted with a two-piece metal jacket that envelops the outer diameter, inner diameter, and both sealing surfaces. They are primarily employed in heat exchanger applications and excel in managing corrosive and high-temperature environments.
Internal ribs, or pass partition bars, are either seamlessly integrated or expertly welded, ensuring the primary seal remains uncompromised, regardless of the configuration.

Gaskets with straightforward designs are perfect for pipeline flanges and sealing surfaces of internal-combustion machines, while those with intricate shapes excel in the flange covers of heat exchangers and comparable applications. Typically, these versatile and reliable gaskets span 10-25 MM in width and 2MM-8MM in thickness, withstanding maximum working pressures of 6-10Mpa.
Jackets are crafted from a curated selection of high-quality materials including soft iron, low carbon steel, stainless steel, nickel, copper, aluminium, brass, titanium, monel, and more.
Choose from an array of filler options such as expanded graphite, ceramic, PTFE, and other resilient materials.
The gasket thickness tolerance is meticulously set at (+0.03 inch., -0.000 inch) (+0.8mm, -0.0mm), ensuring adherence to exacting standards.
(1). For gaskets ranging from NPS 1/2 to NPS 24, the outside and inside diameter tolerances are carefully controlled at +0.06 inch, -0.0 inch (+1.5mm, -0.0mm);
(2). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 3, Class 400 flanges are unavailable, necessitating the use of Class 600 instead;
(3). For NPS sizes 1/2 through 2-1/2, Class 600 flanges do not exist, requiring the transition to Class 1500;
(4). Class 2500 is unavailable for NPS sizes 14 and larger.
